DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe have received a request from a serving Police Scotland o
 fficer to provide vintage police vehicles at a charity event.\n\nOn Saturd
 ay 7th March 2020\, a Police Scotland Select XV will take on a Combined Se
 rvices Barbarians rugby team in Aid of Police Care UK.   This match will
  be played at Scottish Police Sports Facility at Lochinch\, Pollok Park\, 
 Glasgow.\n\n\nIn May 2019\, PC Phil Hedge-Holmes was struck by a vehicle w
 hilst assisting a female who had been involved in a minor road traffic cra
 sh. As a result\, Phil suffered significant life changing injuries and ha
 d to have his leg amputated.\n\nPolice Care UK have helped Phil and his fa
 mily since the incident and this is an opportunity to help raise funds for
  a fantastic charity.\n\nThe Police Scotland team will contain a number o
 f colleagues of Phil and his brother Andy will be leading the Combined Ser
 vices Barbarians side which comprises current and former members of HM’
 s Armed Forces.\n\nKick-off is 2pm and entry to the game is free. There wi
 ll be refreshments available during the game and volunteers assisting with
  donation buckets.\n\nAfter the match\, there will be a charity auction at
  Cartha Rugby Club and everyone is welcome to come and join both teams for
  some after match hospitality and there will be Guinness Six Nations acti
 on on the big screen.
